Booking & Payment
A place on the retreat is confirmed once payment (either full payment or deposit) has been received.
If a deposit option is selected, the remaining balance must be paid within 1 month after booking.
Places are limited and reserved specifically for each participant.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another participant, subject to prior agreement with the organisers.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Health & Medical Information
Participants are required to inform the organisers in advance of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medication use.
By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in gentle movement, yoga, and retreat activities.
If you require essential medication (such as an EpiPen), you are responsible for bringing this with you and informing the organisers prior to arrival.
The retreat is not a medical or therapeutic program.
Personal Responsibility
Participants take full responsibility for their own wellbeing during the retreat.
All activities are optional, and participants are encouraged to listen to their own body and limits at all times.
Responsibility for Damages
Participants are personally responsible for any damage or injury caused to third parties during the retreat.
Any related costs must be covered by the participant directly or through their own insurance (such as personal liability insurance).
Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, health, and cancellation insurance.
This may include coverage for:

Travel & Arrival
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location.
Detailed arrival information and the exact address will be shared prior to the retreat.
Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others, the accommodation, and the surrounding environment.
To maintain a calm and supportive atmosphere, we encourage mindful and moderate behaviour throughout the retreat.
Alcohol
Alcohol is not included as part of the retreat.
We encourage a conscious and moderate approach to alcohol consumption to support the overall experience and wellbeing of the group.
Preparation
Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for the planned activities and mountain environment.
Changes to Program
The organisers reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule or activities if necessary, for example due to weather conditions or group needs.
Force Majeure
The organisers are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Liability
The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.
Participation is at your own risk.
