Return to Essence - A Women’s Retreat in the Austrian Alps

Return to Essence is a four-day women’s retreat in the Austrian Alps, created as a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

Set in the peaceful area of Goldegg, the retreat takes place across two connected alpine chalets, surrounded by nature, mountains, and stillness.

Over the course of the retreat, you will be guided through a gentle rhythm of practices designed to support deep rest and reconnection.

These include yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, face yoga, facial cupping, and Thai massage-inspired bodywork.

There is plenty of time for rest, sauna, nature walks, and simply being.
